12 weeks of group coaching plus one on one sessions to clear any energetic blockages to boundaries and practical tools to reset your world.  Starting Early Feburary 

Sunday evening sessions set us up for a week of pracice and connection with the others in the group. Everyone gets 3 one on ones with me to go deeper into releasing resistance to setting boundaries.
